If you're not in the mood to self cater, there are several excellent coffee shops and restaurants within 5 minutes drive time from Avenir á Sandals . Try the Dutchies on Grotto Beach or wander into the village for an excellent choice of some of the finest.

Hairdryers are provided for your convenience. No need to pack one when visiting Avenir á Sandals.

Heating

The entire home has underfloor heating with temperature controls in each room for your convenience. Electric blankets are supplied for chilly winter evenings should you require them.

There are 2 large indoor fireplaces, one in the lounge on the ground floor and one on the upper level in the entertainment area.

Housekeeping

Avenir á Sandals is a self catering establishment. Should you require housekeeping during your stay, it will be provided at an additional cost. Please make arrangements in advance with management.

Keys

A full set of keys with remote controls is provided upon arrival. Please be kind enough to hand your keys back to management upon departure.

KITCHEN

The main kitchen is fully equipped with the finest crockery, cutlery, microwave, fridge/freezer, undercounter oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fine glassware and table linen. All you will need to bring along are your cleaning aids and groceries.

Should you require pre arrival shopping done, please contact us and we will gladly do this for you in advance.

Full laundry facilities are available on the premises. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided with air drying facilities in the back garden.

Linen

All linen is supplied and of the highest quality percale. Bathrooms are stocked with fluffy bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. Please provide your own beach towels for the sun deck and beach.

Parking

There is ample secure parking for up to 4 vehicles on the property. Two vehicles in the spacious double garage and two in the driveway. The garage is able to accommodate large 4x4 vehicles.

Patios

The wrap around front patio is comfortably furnished for your convenience to spend leisurely days and evenings by the BBQ. Ensure that furniture is safely stowed away from the elements should the need arise.

Security

Avenir á Sandals is a fully secure and walled property with a remote controlled gate, garage doors and an alarm with an armed response. The property is situated in a historically crimefree and quiet area.

Shopping

Pre arrival shopping can be arranged for your convenience. Please contact us for your requirements and we will ensure that your shopping is taken care of prior to your arrival.

Shuttle Service

A shuttle service to and from Cape Town International Airport can be provided upon request at an additional cost. Please pre-arrange with management.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted indoors but you are most welcome to do so outdoors on the patios either on the upper or lower decks.
